Q) HOW DO I PURCHASE A UNIT?
A) Please follow this procedure.
STEP 1: Identify the unit that you want to purchase. Take note of brand, model number and description.
STEP 2: Contact us to check the availability of stocks. You can reach us thru:

If your desired unit is available, you can proceed to our office for the further transaction and payment.
STEP 3: Placing your order. You have the following payment options:
- CASH
You can proceed on to our nearest branch near you and make the payment. Minimum of 7,000 Php as a downpayment. The rest of the balance will be upon release of the unit.
- BANK DEPOSIT/TRANSFER
Cash deposits only. Payments can be deposited through this following information:

STEP 4: Notification and pickup of order. Upon notification by text, call, fax, or e-mail, you may pick-up your orders at our store. Your orders may normally be picked-up within three (3) to five (5) working days. To claim your items, please present the sales receipt or any identification card, authorization letter will be necessary if will be claimed by any person other than you.
Delivery Options: You can opt to have your orders delivered to you by our partner courier for an additional of Php 1,000. This rate will be also applied on our branches. This is very ideal for customers outside Mega Manila. You have to notify us if you want to opt for delivery at the time of your order so we can add the cost of delivery to your total billing. All units are checked for quality and operation before being delivered, shipped, or sold.
Q) WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?

Q) HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY PTC / PTT / RELEASE OF FIREARMS and LICENSE?
A) Normally this licenses and permits would only take 3-5 working days but this timeframe may vary sometimes. Just contact us for the status of your papers and further information.
Q) DO YOU OFFER LAY-AWAY PROGRAMS?
A) Yes we have lay-away scheme as well. Please see the computation below:

90,000 / 6 months = 15,000 per month
License will be equivalent to PHP 7,000 on a lay-away scheme. First month is considered as your downpayment. Units will not be released until it's fully paid.
Q) CAN I HAVE GLOCK ON A LAY-AWAY SCHEME?
A) No. Brands like Glocks, XDM, Kimber and STI (excluding Spartan) are not included on the LAY-AWAY program due to its high demands and limited availability. Even unit with low stock level (5 below) are excluded also on the said program.
Q) HOW ABOUT THE WARRANTY?
A) All units are guaranteed for a 1 month warranty. So if you find any flaw prior to your purchased item; please return it to us immediately so we could make all the necessary adjustments for your unit or we change your unit.
Q) DO YOU ACCEPT ONLINE TRANSACTION?
A) Nope. The only online part of our service is the submission of requirements thru our email.
Q) CAN I JUST SEND MY REQUIREMENTS THRU YOUR EMAIL?
A) Yes. You can send us the scanned images of your valid ID and the ID picture on our email. Then proceed to a bank transfer for the payment. It is the most convinient way to purchase firearm without having to personally submit those requirements. Please refer to the first FAQ for the bank info.
