Steps on how to renew your License To Own and Possess Firearms (LTOPF):
Step 1: Secure documentary requirements.

| 3. Three (3) Pcs LTOPF Application Form |
| 4. NATIONAL POLICE CLEARANCE |
| 5. NBI Clearance |
| 6. Two Valid Goverment I.D. (ex. Postal I.D, Driver’s License, Voter’s I.D.) |
| 7. 4 Pcs of 2×2 Picture (White Background) |
IMPORTANT: Please keep track of your www.feo-system.com account information to ensure smooth uploading of your documents.
Step 2: Choose the type of LTOPF you want to go with.
| Type 1 LTOPF | Maximum of 2 firearms | PHP 5,500 |
| Type 2 LTOPF | Maximum of 5 firearms | PHP 6,500 |
| Type 3 LTOPF | Maximum of 10 firearms | PHP 7,500 |
| Type 4 LTOPF | Maximum of 15 firearms | PHP 9,500 |
| Type 5 LTOPF | More than 15 firearms | PHP 14,500 |
Step 2: Drug Test and Neuro-Psychiatric Test
We will guide and assist you in taking these tests inside the FEO OSS, Camp Crame.
Step 3: Done!
NOTE: Results may take up to 2 weeks depending on the FEO’s current processing capacity. You can always check your www.feo-system.com account regarding the status of your LTOPF.
